Well, if you want to change tab icon (favico) on your blogger address, you can change it into your custom made icon. Follow this step:
1. Made .PNG file with Microsoft Paint or adobe or simmilar picture editor, dont forget it was 200 x 200 pixels in size.
2. then upload your .PNG ico to website hat provide free service on converting .PNG files into .ICO files . you can googling it. ussually i use
a. www.degraeve.com/favicon/
b. www.favicon.cc/
etc..
This site convert our .PNG into an .ICO of 128 x 128 pixels. Thenyou can saved the file using "save image as"
3. Then upload the converted .ico to your own host. or you can use any free image hosting..
4. Now, the crucial part. open edit html on your blogger-layout section.. (dont forget to backup!!)
